We source LOCALLY GROWN INGREDIENTS from our REGIONAL farmers. Additionally, for our retail customers, we offer a variety of meats, cheeses, and frozen products from other reputable producers in Alberta and Canada. Meat the crew

Following John Wiebe's footsteps, we use his original recipes and processes. Our sausages are handcrafted, smoked to perfection on-site, and available year-round. We use the best quality pork trim blend that is always fresh.

Our Preserves & Pickles

We produce all our small-batch preserves and pickles in-house using only the finest ingredients, and they are all dairy-free. Initially part of the Saucy Ladies brand founded by Barb Whitlow in Lethbridge, Alberta, these products are now crafted by Wiebe’s. When Barb retired, she entrusted Susana Guenthers at Wiebe’s to maintain the tradition of these high-quality items. We take pride in continuing these fantastic recipes for your enjoyment. After thoughtful deliberation, we decided to rebrand the Saucy Ladies collection as part of Wiebe’s Delicatessen. While the brand name has changed, rest assured that the recipes remain unchanged.
